		<description>I just wanted to ask...I worked for a swimming pool company...Doing pool maintenance...August would have been 6 years...2 years ago i was given an  ultimatum...Either sign a Non-Compete Agreement or be fired...So of course i signed it...I was fired March 22, 2010...On grounds for not returning to work from having surgery on February 24, 2010...My doctor did not release me until march 26, 2010...The agreement is for 5 years...I am really good at my job...I am newly divorced...And that profession is the only way i can make a living...Also he fired me while under a doctors care...I just need to know if i have any defense to this matter...Thank you...Donna Philip</description>
